Registering with SuperSetu is very easy. All you need is a proof of address and a GST Certificate. Check the icon “ Register Yourself “ on the SuperSetu Home Page, click on it. Fill in some basic details, and attach your documents. You will soon receive a confirmation on your registered mobile number and email from SuperSetu.

You can update your profile in My Profile by clicking on Edit Profile. Updates like Email ID, Password, and Phone number can be done instantly.

However, for change in delivery location/address post, internal checking will have to be first done.

A company can make multiple accounts with varied rights and access.

A main account/admin account with all access and other accounts with varied access are available. The two types of accounts can be-

• (1) Primary- All access (View, Order & Negotiate, Transact)
• (2) Secondary- View only or a primary user can select rights to be enabled for secondary user

Shipped goods cannot be refunded.

Product returns will be refunded once the returned goods are verified for the good condition once they are received by our warehouse. However, in case of product returns the same will be refunded once the return goods are received by our warehouse in good condition.

Return shipment for returned products will have to be arranged by the buyer at the freight, prepaid.

Multiple courier services are available to choose from depending on your needs for standard or express service but you can’t choose your own courier services.

You can pay through multiple modes of payment like credit/card, debit card, net banking, or through channel finance or credit. Channel Finance or Credit buying will be subject to the approval by Seller/Channel Finance Partner

Your products will be delivered to you through courier/transporter or any other modes of delivery as per your requirements. The terms of services will as per the seller’s policies.

The courier charges could be either free of cost or have minimal charges, subject to the seller’s policy, which are specified during order placement. You can also refer to the rate card (here) to understand the cost of couriering goods across India.

You can avail credit from the seller based on the respective seller’s approval

To avail credit, you need to get yourself registered with the portal and provide certain information /details for approval of the same by the seller. The approved credit will then be subject to the policies of the seller and the seller reserves the right to withdraw anytime.
